Flamboyan Dancers

The Flamboyan Dancers company was founded in 2004, by its leading dancer and choreographer Marco B. The group incudes dancers from Italy, Puerto Rico and El Salvador and is recognised as one of the best international dance companies, thanks to their innovative choreography based on musical interpretations. Flamboyan Dancers debuted in 2005 with the show “Homenaje a Eddie Palmieri”, followed by “El Mulato”, with which they participated in the European tour of Larry Harlow in 2006. In 2007 the group presented two new shows, first, “Locura” defined as a modern interpretation of traditional Caribbean rhythms and the second, “Felicidad” – breathtaking choreography, danced by men only.

The Flamboyan Dancers were the big hit during our 2008 festival, so be sure not to miss their shows and workshops!!
